  • Admission is made post consultation from OPD or Emergency only.
  • At the time of admission, financial counseling is being provided and consent for admission is signed by patient/relative.
  • The hospital has different categories of beds and room categories. Patient/ relative can choose accordingly. Confirmation of bed is subject to availability on the date of admission.
  • On confirmation of bed/room availability, receptionist checks all papers and asks for mode of payment, i.e. cash/credit card/mediclaims/from empanelled organization.
  • If patient is willing to avail Mediclaim facility for admission, the Mediclaim office will verify the approval / denial of the same.
  • Advance payment is made by patient / patient's attendant and slip is generated based on the category and the type of ward/room requested by patient.
  • It is mandatory to generate patient file, which is chargeable.

OPD Timings

  • OPD services are provided in S.D.M.H. at R.D.M.C Building. Patient can reach the OPD Building (R.D.M.C.) from Gate No. 5.
  • OPD registration can be done from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
  • In case of emergency, the patients are consulted in Emergency which can be reached from Gate No. 1.
  • During Non-OPD hours, patients are seen in a dedicated emergency department.
  • Attendants are requested to make OPD file from OPD Counter or Emergency after paying of OPD charges.

Reception Area and Enquiry Counters

  • For the convenience of patients and attendants, reception and Enquiry is available at various places in campus.
  • OPD Building – Enquiry counters are available on every floor of OPD building at waiting areas.
  • IPD Building – Enquiry counter is available at the Ground floor of the IPD Building.
